Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of trading card products—especially collectible items—we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality and authenticity. However, if you receive a product that is damaged in transit or incorrect, we are happy to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.


Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at elitepokecardcouk@gmail.com.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must provide clear photos or video evidence of the damage or issue.

  • Your refund request must include your order number, the name of the item, and a description of the problem.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Attach clear images of the damaged item and the packaging.

  3. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a refund or replacement.

Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling after delivery (e.g. water damage, improper storage, or tampering).


Missing or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your package is missing contents:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and photos of what you received.

  • If we are at fault, we will promptly ship the correct item or issue a refund.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse (you changed your mind after purchase).

  • Minor differences in card condition due to manufacturing standards.

  • Delays in delivery caused by postal services or customs.

  • You provided an incorrect shipping address.

  • Claims made after the 7-day window.


Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • In some cases, we may issue a store credit or send a replacement item instead.
