Shipping Policy

At Elite Poke Card, we are committed to delivering your favorite Pokémon and trading card collectibles quickly, securely, and at a reasonable cost. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed, shipped, and tracked.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packaged within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods, such as holidays or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times and always work to get your orders out as fast as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local courier services.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily use Royal Mail, Evri, or other reliable postal and courier services for domestic and international shipments. All orders come with tracking where available. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your package is shipped.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the link provided or directly on the carrier’s website.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Please check with household members or neighbors.

  • Look around your delivery area.

  • Wait 24 hours in case of premature delivery scans.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at elitepokecardcouk@gmail.com and we will assist you.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship worldwide. However, certain regions may experience temporary restrictions due to geopolitical events, natural disasters, or postal service limitations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes in some countries.

  • Customs fees, import taxes, or duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply to their order. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are determined by your country’s import regulations.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or the refusal of packages due to unpaid customs fees.


Shipping Delays

Elite Poke Card is not responsible for delays once your package has been handed over to the carrier. Shipping delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Local holidays

We will do our best to inform you of any known delays affecting your region.


Lost or Stolen Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, once a package is marked “delivered” by the courier, we are not liable for stolen or lost packages. If you believe your package is lost:

  1. Verify your shipping address was correct.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members.

  3. Contact your local post office or delivery service.

If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us at elitepokecardcouk@gmail.com, and we will assist you further.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error after checkout, contact us immediately. We cannot make changes once the order is shipped, and we are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All products are packaged with care using protective materials to ensure your Pokémon and trading cards arrive in mint condition. We are committed to reducing waste and use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
